In March 2006, we organized the ˇ§Walk up Jardine Houseˇ¨ for Mindset. The event is one of the most notable annual charity events in Hong Kong, in which the participants had to run up 49 floors in order to reach the top of Jardine House.
In this project, we were responsible for all the construction works including track and stage and venue decoration. Every track point was equipped with real-time live broadcast facility allowing audiences at the starting and ending points to view the whole race with great enthusiasm.
We were also responsible for the design and setup of the game booths of this event, which created a lively and joyful atmosphere. This event successfully drew around 3,000 participants, raised over HK$1.55 million and generated great public awareness of this event.
