UBS is a private banking company who needed their first exposure in the China market and the "Beijing Music Festival" was chosen as the event to be used as their launch pad. The annual national level event was strategically chosen to help UBS promote their company through an opening gala dinner before the festival.

For the event, the correct balance between the western face of UBS together with the East needed to be achieved. The scope of work included design execution, venue decoration and event management. In addition, a collection of below the line marketing collaterals was designed and produced for the event.
